The location is good and convenient, but overall everything seemed fine only if you ignore the fact that there was no wardrobe for clothes.

The receptionist was very accommodating and friendly, but we stayed for two nights in what turned out to be the worst room. The beds were uncomfortable and very small, and the sheets didn’t fit the mattress properly; they seemed washed many times but felt anything but clean, giving off a strange smell. The towels were also small and not fresh. The shower came with two pairs of slippers that looked reusable, and I was honestly scared to use them, even with socks on. The shower itself looked very old and did not seem clean. Based on the pictures we had expected a different room, but when we arrived in Samarkand at 3 AM we were too tired to look for other options. The key was left in the room door, and when we called the provided number they answered and directed us to our room. My friend encouraged me to stay for a second night since we couldn’t find another option at the same price. Additionally, our booking was non‑refundable as indicated in the app, so we had no choice but to stay. Moreover, the price on the booking site was slightly higher than expected during payment. The breakfast area had an unpleasant smell, likely from cats roaming around, and the options were limited and too oily. I didn’t take photos of the room or toilet because I was already fed up and tired after walking around beautiful Samarkand. Despite these issues, the location was conveniently close to the centre.
