Excellent location, but the exterior balcony was dirty, there was no ice machine, and no coffee maker.

I loved how close it was to Poblado, but the TV was broken and nobody fixed it during my stay, and the air conditioner never cooled.

The rooms, the cleanliness, the location and the staff were excellent, but the ramp to the 3rd floor was a joke.
