The accommodation is a 5‑minute walk from the public ferry on sandy streets on Elephantine Island, opposite Aswan. The place is very safe. Hamo, the owner, was excellent, organized all the tours, met me at the Aswan ferry at 1:30, arranged the airport transfer, carried our luggage, let us use the washing machine, prepared our breakfast, pointed out good restaurants, and overall he was amazing. Nothing negative.

Air conditioning and a mini fridge. The shower tiles are level and there’s no wall, so you have to be careful not to let the water run into the other room.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hamo Fathy Nubian House. The place has a unique Nubian charm, is very clean and well‑maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The room was comfortable and nicely arranged. Nothing major to mention, everything was overall very good.
