The staff were friendly and breakfast was very good, but our room was right under the gym, so we couldn’t sleep at all. Management wouldn’t refund us. The noise was insane; my wife, who has Epstein’s Barr Virus, couldn’t rest. Our room was 004, and I’m very disappointed. I have a 200K livestream audience and won’t recommend it.

The place was quiet, the AC worked well, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the pull‑out sofa didn’t have bedding, and the front desk gave us sheets that weren’t fully dried after laundering. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

The cleaning was good and the staff were kind. Breakfast was decent, not extravagant, but you can always make coffee at the reception.

We had everything we needed and loved the outdoor sitting area. Unfortunately, our room smelled like marijuana, and housekeeping didn’t notice it when they cleaned. I had to sleep with a face cover on.
