Not bad, but the only thing that pleased me was how comfortable the bed was. The kitchen was dirty and the building looked very run down. The door codes were confusing and there was no clear instruction on how to use the keypad, even though it was present; some points were missing.

The location was good. The front doors upstairs had broken glass, a radiator leaked on the ground floor, and the window in room 7 was hard to open and close.

Everything was spotless, but the lack of air conditioning made the heat unbearable and the mattress was thin and uncomfortable, with noticeable aluminum rust.

The place is very calm and quiet, soothing, though sometimes a bit spooky; however, there is no AC or fan, so during the day the room feels like an oven, and there is no staff or elevator—arriving early meant waiting outside for two hours with two suitcases.
