“Good. Positive. Then mediocre. Oops. Terrible. Ruined my Day”

I liked how the initial start of our stay was. The staff started off being polite and respectful. Rachel and Patrick are good people. Nick can be very understanding. I didn't like the attitude that Andrea constantly has with anyone she doesn't care for (myself included). I can't stand when there are arrangements made, set in place and been honored for a months; then the moment the main manager steps out of the picture for personal reasons, essentially on vacation: the staff assuming position completely undermines the current agreement and arrangements and forces their own policies on you, infringing your entire stays understanding. Forcing you to come up with extra money for the no reason other than they were trying to weed you out. I don't like how I paid 3 deposits and 1 STRAIGHT UP DISAPPEARED FROM THE PAY-SCRIPT. The other one was taken over something that I have absolutely nothing to do with. NOT TO MENTION THAT THEY WANTED TO HOLD ONE INCIDENT OVER YOUR HEAD MONTHS LATER AFFECTING MY CURRENT ROOM DEPOSIT COMPLETE SEPARATE FROM THE OTHER

“Avoid. Gross”

The staff at this hotel were friendly and the location was convenient, but that's where the positives end. The room was disgusting - dirty, rundown, and just plain gross. My husband and I were so appalled that we even considered leaving, but we couldn't find another room nearby.

“Overall it was pleasant enough and seemed safe for my family”

On the surface, this hotel seemed okay - the check-in process was easy, parking was convenient, and it was close to amenities. But as we looked closer, we realized that the furniture was outdated, the old pool was a mess, and the rooms weren't soundproof. To top it all off, the room next door was easily heard through the walls.
