“OK but not wow fantastic.”
The staff were organized and everything was easy, plus the place was very quiet. The TV didn’t work, only a single pod was available, making the room feel cramped for three adults, and there was no view. It was quite pricey for just one night, and breakfast wasn’t included. Getting there wasn’t straightforward.
The place was very clean, but we didn’t receive the room we had booked.
I came for a funeral and traveled all the way from Dorset; it was good value and we might stay again.

The converted barn on the grounds, especially the bridal suite, was cute, clean, and had great picture windows, a modern shower room, a kitchen, an iron, and a comfortable bed; the patio area and parking outside the room were convenient. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and truly spoiled us. The gardens were lovely, offering peace and tranquility, and the continental breakfast was excellent. There were no complaints at all.
