The location was PERFECT. Being so close to the ocean with a beautiful place to walk was amazing. The hotel room we had was clean upon arrival and the beds were so comfortable. They don’t have free breakfast, but the food they sold was 100% worth it!! I’ll be going here again.

The location on Shelter Island is great. The rooms are extremely basic and dated, and the “gym” is a bit of a joke, so I didn’t bother with any of the other facilities. The price is too high for what you get.

It was a great location to access the freeways. Our room was difficult to get to because of too many doors to go through. They charged for parking and didn’t bother to tell us about that when we checked in.

The second room we were given was fine, but the first one was awful—hidden deep behind the reception, flooded, and the staff still decided to give it to us even though it was badly damaged. They also applied a parking fee that I had declined. The hotel is far from everything except the boat harbour, so I wouldn't stay here again.

The hotel’s overall location was decent, but the room itself felt a bit worn and was right next to the ramp that leads to the supply area, so there was traffic in and out all night and I couldn't sleep. When I told the manager, there was no effort to make it right. The room cost about $200, so I probably won’t return.
