“Un hôtel quatre étoiles avec un personnel de une étoile. Et encore ! Fuyez !”

There was no positive aspect mentioned. If you’re looking for a quiet place to work, hold video conferences, and enjoy your stay without constant interruptions, look elsewhere! The staff seem to ignore the basic rules of high‑end hospitality: discretion, tact, judgment, and relational intelligence. They vacuum right under your nose during a video call, make remarks for yes or no, and monitor your every move. The atmosphere is oppressive, leaving you feeling constantly watched. Except for a few exceptions, the staff act more like a group of supervisors than hospitality professionals. You don’t feel at home, you feel like you’re in their space, and obviously they’re annoying you! The service design is lamentable and unworthy of a four‑star hotel. If you value calm, freedom, and discretion, go elsewhere.

The room had a very small separate bed, which was disappointing because I had left a message and called to request separate beds; instead I was given a double bed and had to wait for another room. The breakfast area was too small for the number of people present during my weekend.

“Great hotel in centre of Nantes”

The hotel was very clean and centrally located near the main attractions. Breakfast was a bit expensive.

“Escale sur la roite de Paris.”

L’emplacement, le personnel, le petit déjeuner, l’espace lounge ouvert 24/24 avec café et boissons chaudes offertes. Et en prime un stationnement (sur réservation) dans un endroit où il est pratiquement impossible de stationner. L’aménagement douche salle de bain où il faut passer par la douche ( plancher mouillé) pour aller à la salle de bain!
