The management is polite and respectful. The food was very bad; some dishes had mold, like the potatoes, and I reported this to the restaurant manager. The bread was completely stale and had been left for several days. Room service was terrible – toiletries weren’t provided until I insisted, and tea, sugar, and coffee were almost never refilled. Towels were changed only once during my stay. The bar staff were tasteless, especially the girls. Overall cleanliness was awful; the pool had no service, and the water was slippery for both adults and children. Towels were scarce and the pool was often unavailable.

The view of the sea, the bed, and the almost clean room are positives, and the location is close. The music was okay. The cleaning staff and animation team were hard‑working and very polite. However, parts of the hotel feel brutal and shocking. Some areas are very old and broken. Even after asking for new towels for five days, the response was always “five minutes or go to the beach,” so I used the same beach towel for five days. The food variety is tiny: three small salads, one chicken dish, one fish dish, and that’s it. If you expect a good restaurant experience, this will shock you. A hairdresser charges $10, which feels excessive. The guy in charge of pool security even told me, “If I need to hit the guy, I’m not afraid to go to the police.” The elevators stopped once; people and kids were screaming, and sometimes the elevator just didn’t work. On the beach, the water had plastic, foil from chips, and paint bottles because yachts park in front and a café is on the left. The beach staff try to clean the water, but first garbage comes from the yachts to the swim area.

The healthy meals were lovely, the sea view was great, the room was comfortable, and the entertainment was fantastic. The beach had trash and plastic, but after I raised the issue they cleaned it thoroughly.

“I may go there again if they improved”

The staff is friendly, though the leaders in the dining area come off as quite rude. The sea has a small sandy stretch that makes a nice barefoot path and a decent spot for diving—just watch for stingrays. It’s a good place for photos and decent value, but you’ll need to meet the minimum stay. The pool irritated my skin and my kids’, and the food variety suffered from a lack of detail and flavor, with some items already spoiled; if you’ve already done all the prep work, just hire skilled cooks.

The dinner was good, but the chef’s fruit and dessert were only just above excellent. Cleanliness was poor, the hotel beach was bad, and the furniture was very old.
