“Caro pelo oque entrega.”

We stayed in a room that was clean and the staff were helpful, but the room itself felt a bit cramped. We were woken at 6 am by the church bell and again at 7 am by shouting in the hallway, and the breakfast selection was limited.

The staff were very accommodating and polite, speeding up the check‑in and delivering a clean, spacious room, but the hotel’s older design means only stairs connect the floors, which can be a problem for those needing easier mobility.

“Boa opção para quem precisa de apenas um bom lugar para dormir em Itatiba.”

The hotel sits close to the city centre, offers a simple yet decent breakfast, and the staff were friendly and organized, even reaching out beforehand to streamline check‑in. However, the property lacks many amenities, and the corridor’s décor and lighting feel more like a clinic than a hotel.

“Atende para 2 dias bem”

The room was spotless, everything worked—including the electric shower, which was great—but the space was small and the parking lot was inadequate.
