Everything at that hotel is wonderful: the people are super friendly, the food is delicious, the restaurants are 10‑10, the pool is amazing, the place looks beautiful in every way, we left very happy, the beds are perfect (not hard). The spa was marvelous, I would definitely return. It’s in a great spot, close to the beaches and easy to reach the islands. The rooms are very spacious and the balcony too. All the staff were incredible!!! We’re very satisfied; I wouldn’t choose another hotel, this one has everything, it surpassed my expectations, the photos on the site don’t compare to the real thing, they fall short. Everything was amazing, no doubt.

The hotel is good but pricey, and the street parking is a hassle.

The room was nice and clean, but the toilet barely works and there was no hot water; this was the second time I stayed here and the same problems occurred.
