The location was excellent, the staff were outstanding and extremely generous, pulling all levers to make the stay the best it could be, the buffet was great and offered a huge selection, and there were no negatives.

We were blown away by the stunning desert location, and the camp setting was just as lovely. However, the food was a letdown – overpriced and mediocre at best. The staff were friendly, but some of them had a bit of an attitude when it came to pushing their own tours. We did appreciate the rescue from getting stuck in the sand, though! The bubble tent was a bit of a letdown, with maintenance issues and no hot water one night.

The location was the real star of the show, with breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. We also loved our cool bubble tent, which was a great place to relax and unwind. The staff were super helpful and made it easy to organize a jeep tour and star gazing session with the property. If I'm being picky, the bathroom could use a bit of a revamp – but overall, we had a fantastic time.

The views were breathtaking, the staff were fantastic, and the breakfasts and dinners were amazing. However, our room had a few issues - the electrical outlets were broken, the shower hooks were loose, and it wasn't particularly clean. Still, it was a great base for exploring.
