The farm is just off the highway, so getting there from the capital was a breeze. As soon as you walk through the huge, well‑kept gate you’re greeted by lots of greenery, roaming animals and the friendly hosts Lucia and Ataíde. The grounds have two hammocks with great views, a big pool (half of it is shallow), a fully equipped BBQ area, a spacious soccer field with two swings, a pretty duck pond and a cute little waterfall.

The kitchen offers plenty of space to move around, which was a real plus, but we were disappointed not to find a microwave on site.

Everything about the place was wonderful, yet I left wishing I could have stayed longer to soak it all in.

The spot is gorgeous and perfect for unwinding; everything was spotless and neatly arranged. Dona Lúcia and Sr. Altair were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We loved every detail and will definitely return. I only stayed one night, so the lack of Wi‑Fi didn’t bite, but I imagine a longer stay would need a reliable connection.
