The location was perfect for walking to the terminal, but I had trouble figuring out the drop‑off fees; they were free during our stay but required me to register my number at reception on check‑in, and my vanity kit only had a nail file.

Convenience and excellent breakfast. I had preordered a bottle of wine for delivery to my room, but it never arrived. The front desk said room service was responsible, and room service said the front desk was responsible. After a long day I was too tired to keep pushing, but the attitude felt very unprofessional. The next morning, however, a friendly floor cleaner helped me out and restored my confidence.

Friendly staff and a very comfortable bed, but the room hadn't been vacuumed and the corridors could have used a vacuum too. I left my jacket in the restaurant and when I noticed it early the next morning, I was told I'd have to wait 24 hrs for it to show up on their Lost Property report.
