After a two‑hour drive from work, I arrived at the hotel at 22:00, only to be told that there was no room, despite my confirmation; the staff didn’t care, and I was left with no place to sleep amid heavy traffic. The way they dismissed me—“go away, no room, don’t care”—was unacceptable.

I was turned away after paying, so I never got to stay.

The building looked abandoned, with corridors that stank and no staff present when I checked in on 29th August at 11.00 am; people were smoking drugs in the halls and using the toilets, and nobody asked them to leave, so I had to book another place at 12.00 am because there was no phone or anyone to contact. I will never recommend this place.
