The property was terrible and illegal. The photos are deceptive, criminal activities are regular, and it should be reported to the Government Hotel Regulations Authority as soon as possible. A thorough police inspection is highly recommended. I was saved somehow.

The location is good with plenty of restaurants nearby, making it convenient. However, there are no non‑smoking rooms or areas, and drunk people were roaming around.

I was staying close to IIM Indore, but the room was filthy—no geyser in the toilet, and the tap water had bird feathers and insects. The sofa and bed felt unwashed for months, and the downstairs wine shop turned the evenings into a rowdy scene that made families feel unsafe.

The room was a mess and they couldn’t even fit anyone in; I was highly disappointed. Only after I pressed them did they offer breakfast, but they kept saying it was the guest’s fault.
