“Beautiful place with a nice view of the mountain range. It is in the heart of the village .”
Being a new property, everything in the room was in good shape. The staff were courteous and helpful. The hotel should provide a way to carry luggage from the car to the entrance, as the vehicles can’t drive up to the door and the luggage has to be dragged for almost 100 metres.

I was a bit disappointed when I discovered that the hotel didn't have hot water available. However, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the food was of good quality. The cleanliness of the hotel was also impressive, and the location was fantastic - it was right in the heart of the action.
Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was marred by a rather unpleasant experience - I found rats in the ground floor rooms. While I didn't experience any other issues, the presence of rodents was a major concern.

This hotel is perfectly situated in the centre of the first Gangotri village, offering stunning views of the downtown area, mountains, and river. The rooms have been beautifully renovated with wood craft, which adds a warm and cozy touch. The bathrooms are well-decorated with tile work, and the service provided by Yogesh and Amit is truly exceptional - they even serve delicious home-cooked meals. Unfortunately, the water geyser in my room didn't work.
