The room was big and spacious, and the bathroom was clean.

The location and cleanliness were good, but there was no staff available. A girl who didn’t speak Italian greeted me. In the morning the hot water didn’t work, so I couldn’t shower. The shower had an old, broken shower head and the upright station inside the shower stall was in the way. I couldn’t leave my luggage after checkout.

The location and heating were fine, but the cleanliness was poor and we ran out of water in the toilets.

I literally felt like I was in a hotel room, it was so comfy and had everything we needed. There were stairs, and the kettle was dirty.
