“It’s clean and good size room.”
The room was spacious and the cleanliness of both the facility and the room stood out as the best I've seen in Bali, though there was a small issue with the toilet.
We didn’t like the breakfast—it was too expensive—and we had to change rooms over the weekend; the hotel manager was great, and after the first room had some flaws he worked hard and we ended up with a good room.

This gem is close to the beach with beautiful ambience, impeccable cleanliness, and delightful staff; the pool is inviting and the gardens are immaculate—there’s nothing to fault, and after 8 days I’d happily stay another 8.

The pool was lovely and the staff were very friendly and helpful; we had a problem with the AC that they couldn't fully resolve, but they offered us a different room for one night and did what they could; the location was quiet with no traffic noise, and the price represented good value, though the walk to Sanur’s main area is a bit long and some facilities, like the old AC system in our room, feel a little dated.

The staff were extra attentive and the room was spacious and well equipped; the pool was superb, the hotel was human‑sized, the restaurant was inside, and a great warung was just 2 minutes away; the shower water cycled from cold to hot to cold, but it was manageable.
