“Unfriendly Staff and Poor Service”

The room was roomy, the lights were bright, and there was air conditioning. The spot is near the center and the beach. The female staff member was unfriendly and seemed unwilling to help with our requests. Very loud noise started at 7 AM and went on for hours, with hammering and sawing. There was little consideration for guests and not much help with requests or needs. We were four people, but I had to sleep on the floor because no free mattress or alternative was offered. They wanted to charge 500 pesos per night for one. There was no fridge or kettle in the room. The bathroom and shower could be improved; the faucet was loose and unstable. No drinking water was provided in the room.

The property sits right across from Best Western, so you can get to Alona Beach instantly, and the room was large with a great bed. Unfortunately, the water pressure was far too low, the air‑conditioner remote didn’t work, and reaching the hotel from the main street was a hassle.

The staff were excellent and helpful, the place stayed very clean, hot water was available, and kitchen utensils, coffee, and drinking water were free. It offered good value for money and was ideal for budget‑conscious travellers. Overall, a nice place. The road to the hotel wasn’t paved and there were puddles, making it tricky for anyone with mobility issues, and getting to the beachfront required going through the Best Western Hotel, which was just a short walk.

“Lugar que te hace sentir como en casa”

The spot was ideal—just five minutes from the beach. The suite was huge, the bathroom had a glass enclosure, and the beds were extremely comfortable. It also included a nook with a microwave, toaster and everything needed for meals, plus a small fridge in the room.
