“Great hot spring stay”
I loved it – the rooms were very large and comfortable, the in‑room onsen was fantastic, and the food was amazing.
The hotel service is good with free flow drinks throughout the day . The breakfast and dinner are good . Room are comfortable and huge . Highly recommend the property
The room was huge, with a dust‑free zone and a luggage area; the view let me see Hell Valley directly, and every room had a portable hot spring, so I could soak whenever I wanted. On the second floor there’s a café, and some drinks are free. The top floor also has a viewing room and complimentary alcohol, though it looks like it will be converted into a guest room later.
