“Great location. Good standard. Excellent Value!”

The location was great—right in the city centre, just a 5‑minute walk from Westgate rail station and the bus station. The flat had everything needed for a short stay: a comfy bed, a good kitchenette, a clean and functional shower and toilet, and a comfortable seating area with a good TV and cable. The chambermaid knocked and asked if I needed anything changed, which was a nice touch. Overall, everything was of a good standard and I would stay again. The downside was that it was on the fourth floor with no lift, so it isn’t suitable for people with mobility problems; I was fine but others might not be. It would also be helpful to have a few more items in the kitchen drawer, such as a couple of small cooking dishes for microwave use, a sharp knife for cutting food, and a pair of scissors for opening packets. The place was noisy from local bars, but that’s to be expected in a busy centre.

The room was clean, ample, and the spot was perfect; the only gripe was the pillow case next to the bed.

Location. The room was extremely dirty and clearly not cleaned properly. There was hair of different colours on the chairs, near the hairdryer and around the room, and the doors and cupboards were dirty too. There were not enough towels for two guests, and after waiting for hours I had to get them from another room myself. Very disappointing
