“Nice comfortable stay with some key areas for improvement!”

Great location and staff! The bed is fabulously comfortable. The bathtub has very hot water and strong pressure. The lobby is nice and the price is very competitive for the area. The air conditioner was extremely loud—like white noise, but too loud for many people. There’s no restaurant or bar/happy hour, and even free coffee in the morning was a big negative. The TV wasn’t a big deal for me, but it would have been inadequate for some guests.

I stayed at a nice hotel right near all the DC monuments; the location was perfect and the room was clean and well maintained, though parking in their garage costs extra.

The location was good value, but I never got an emailed receipt after check‑out even though I requested it; a week later I called and the front desk said they couldn’t send one and had to “request it from them,” but they didn’t explain who “them” were. I then received an automated email stating the request had been submitted and would be fulfilled by the property, yet I still don’t have a receipt.
