The room was very large with a huge bed, but it looked a bit worn with tile and paint chips and could use a refresh; the wall thermostat didn’t work, leaving the room cold. Breakfast was bland, and staff didn’t ask if I wanted tea or coffee. I expected more from a 4‑star hotel.

Breakfast was good and dinner was good, but the service was very slow that evening; the room was adequate but the décor and carpets looked tired. Some floor coverings need replacing and are trip hazards.

Hôtel exceptionnel, le cadre est idyllique , le personnel est charmant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et agréables , propres et les équipements sont top. Piscine et jacuzzi accessibles , nous avons bien profité des qualités de cet hôtel. Petit déjeuner très correct. Beaucoup de bruits au travers des fenêtres , vu que c’est un golf les tondeuses sont sorties très tôt donc léger désagrément

The gardens are nice. There is too much carpet throughout the hotel, and the hotel feels very old‑fashioned, especially in the corridors.
