The front desk staff were helpful and kind, and the shuttle to the airport is a great perk. However, I found bedbugs on the blanket in my room (avoid 212), and my roommate was badly bitten—management doesn’t seem to be investing in upkeep.

Close to PDX, the shuttle was punctual and very convenient. The sink didn’t drain; I told the duty person, but he barely cared or paid any attention. The hotel is very basic and needs updating, and the staff were apathetic.

The bed and pillow were super comfy, the room stayed tidy, and the price was decent; breakfast was only average.
