Everything was absolutely perfect, far beyond our expectations; the place is very quiet and pleasant, almost a home‑hotel, yet everything is flawless. It’s amazing how much effort they put into making guests feel comfortable. My husband, my 15‑year‑old son and I booked a room with a double bed and a sofa bed, but upon arrival the hotel had prepared a room with two double beds and a sofa bed to enhance our stay; the bathroom was incredibly large and in a separate room, perfect for relaxing. At night, though dinner wasn’t offered, there was a bar with coffee and hot water for aromatic drinks, plus toast if we wanted a snack. Breakfast was very tasty, with a wide variety and everything you need to be satisfied. Everyone who works here is always friendly and smiling, ready to help whenever we needed something; we had never felt so well attended. The area where the hotel is located looks quite safe, right at the entrance of Cartagena coming from the North. I didn’t stay longer.
