The exterior looked tidy, but inside it felt dated; positives include a washer, plenty of space, a good bed and bathroom, a nice outdoor spot, good host communication, and a central location. Negatives: most furniture was old and dated, as were the pans, cooking facilities, and fridge—everything works but could use an upgrade.

The accommodation was spacious, clean, and quiet, with deer in the surrounding countryside and a distant mountain view. It was hard to find the first time, and a few changes could help: add coat hooks at the entrance and pre‑heat the shower water.
