The TV was broken, the WiFi didn’t work, the bath mat was dirty, and I only received one towel even after asking for another; the room was very old, ratty, and smelled of smoke—gross. The mattress was the worst I’ve ever slept on, and there was horrible beeping from the reception area all night that was loud even through the door, plus stains on the couch.

The location was very nice, but the room amenities were poor, the washroom fittings were old and broken, there was a bad smell from the rotten wood of the hotel, and the breakfast items were poor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel, despite only being there for one night. The room was spacious and well-appointed, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was a huge disappointment. The only redeeming quality was its location, but that wasn't enough to make up for the subpar quality of the accommodations. We booked a suite, but the room was on par with the worst motels I've ever seen - it was dirty, old, and run-down. The bathroom was unhygienic, with a clogged bathtub, and we were missing towels. The bed sheets were stained, and the sofa bed was ancient and dusty.
