The place had a nice vibe, the staff were friendly and breakfast was solid. The only downside was that the menu was pretty thin – not many options to choose from. Overall, a decent spot if you don’t mind a limited food selection.

What a lovely spot – our room was huge, spotless, and the staff were super friendly. The meals were downright delicious, and everything felt just right. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single flaw.

The hotel sits in a great location with a stunning view over the Kardzhali reservoir, and the pools were clean and well kept. Food came out tasty and nicely plated, and the staff were always smiling and helpful. The bathroom, however, had no window and the room felt a bit dim because of the lack of natural light.

Location was spot on and the breakfast spread was generous, plus the staff were quick to help whenever needed. Unfortunately, the room didn’t have any ironing facilities and the bathroom drain was clogged, and the restaurant’s menu could use a bit more variety.
