The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. The room had a terrible odor, and cockroaches were everywhere—including in the beds. The overall quality of the room was deplorable.

When I arrived, drug addicts and drunks were hanging around the building, making it feel unsafe. I waited in the lobby 20 minutes for the desk clerk, who never showed up, so I went looking for her and found her outside with the drug addicts laughing and chatting. I asked if anyone at the table worked at the front desk. She yelled, “CHECK‑IN AT 3 PM, SO COME BACK!!!!” What? I told her I’d cancel my reservation immediately. She kept sitting there and finally got up five minutes later. The clerk was unprofessional and disrespectful to me and another customer. Please stay away from this hotel. Simple warning. I didn’t like the desk clerk’s rude, disrespectful attitude!!

The place was clean and the staff had a good vibe and were cooperative, but they missed the breakfast scheduled for 7:15 and had nothing to offer.
