“Our trip to the Clifton House was one of the most relaxing trips we have ever taken.”

The spot on the Mississippi River was very quiet and peaceful. The bed was one of the most comfortable we’ve ever had in a bed‑and‑breakfast or hotel.

“Extremely disappointing”

The property sat in a perfect riverside location and the room was very clean and beautifully decorated. However, the room was advertised as having a river view (which it didn’t), air‑con (which was just a fan on a seat), and Wi‑Fi (which didn’t work); it was completely unsuitable and not as advertised.

Everything—stunning. The swing on the porch was off, just a small thing but I so wanted to sit on the porch watch the river—understand, however, maybe it was the weather?
