The location was great and the shower was one of the best of the trip. The aesthetic of staying in a cellar was pretty cool. It was a bit musty, damp, and I wish there was an AC unit. The staff could have been a little more graceful when dealing with money and the check‑in process (for example, I had to go to the McDonald’s down the street for change for a 100 because the staff requested the money ASAP – nothing else was open and they didn’t offer change).
Excellent accommodation. Even though it’s practically in the city center and 3 minutes to the metro, it’s located in a fairly quiet alley. The authentic design gives a certain charm and a full feeling of being in Georgia. The host is polite and caring; there was a small sewage issue, but after one call the host had specialists fix it within an hour. Everything is clean, tidy, and soulful. Perfect price‑quality ratio. I will definitely recommend it to friends!
Location, service (soap, toothbrushes, towel), coolness. Everything is there, but there’s no microwave, the floors are cold, so bring slippers. The vent noise and car wheel noise are present, but I slept wonderfully.

The kitchen has everything: stove, dishes, a big fridge. A huge bonus – the apartment isn’t hot. We were there in the summer, and that was an important criterion.
