“Een hotel om te onthouden”
The host, the breakfast, and the great atmosphere were all excellent. Nothing to add.
“Un endroit hors du temps”
The location is in the heart of the village, there’s an inner courtyard and a building with incredible architecture. The rooms are large and comfortable, the reception is perfect with a very friendly and attentive team, and don’t forget the excellent breakfast. A small detail, though, is that our room didn’t have a door at least to the toilet to keep some privacy 😕

The setting was rustic, medieval, and quiet in a village near Carcassonne, and Frederic was lovely. Unfortunately we picked the wrong season: the rooms aren’t air‑conditioned, there’s no lift, no TV in the rooms, and it was swelteringly hot – the provided fan didn’t help, so we struggled to sleep. The property is well kept, but the historic vibe didn’t suit us in August.

Staying right in the village was amazing – the place is stunningly beautiful. The courtyard is great for a drink or breakfast, and the room itself is large and airy. The host was very friendly and helpful, though the room lacked air‑conditioning, so we had to rely on a fan.
