Everything was amazing! All the staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed staying here so much that when I return to London I will definitely come back. Thanks! Everything else was good.

It lives up to its name. The staff treat you almost like family. Joining the WhatsApp group gives you recommendations, guided tours, and event invitations, and they even offer a free vegetarian dinner. The spaces were a little small, but still manageable.
