The room is lovely and looks just like the photos online. If you’re not great with stairs, check which floor your room is on, though the owners gladly help with luggage. Everything is very clean. The owners are friendly and helpful. Shops and a good mix of restaurants are nearby, and the promenade/beach is only 5/8 minutes away. I’ll come back :-) A sign showing the hotel’s proximity to the road would be useful for those arriving at night.

Beautiful house. Lovely large room. Easy walking distance to theatres and seafront. Comfortable bed and quiet at night. Very nice breakfast. Pleasant hosts. Thank you 🙏

Friendly welcome, gorgeous room, had everything we needed and Tunnocks tea cakes!!!! Fab breakfast, 100% returning!. Loved everything!
