I was really looking forward to staying here, but things didn't go as planned. They told me there was a mistake with the booking and they couldn't give me the room for the price they quoted. It was pretty frustrating, especially since I'd already paid. The whole experience left a sour taste.

Unfortunately, my stay here was marred by a major issue - there was no hot water to take a shower. It was a basic thing I expected from any hotel, but it just wasn't available. The rest of the stay was okay, but that one problem really stood out.

I've never actually stayed here, but I've heard mixed things about the air conditioning. Apparently, it's not the best. On the other hand, I've heard the hotel itself is pretty good, but I don't have any personal experience to back that up.
