Nothing special, first at the reception where a young student told me there were no rooms available, even though I just showed him I could book through the app and he didn’t believe me. I had to make the reservation in front of him so he finally gave me a room. I was treated very poorly. The student named Thomas. The room was dirty, very dirty… dust and trash under the bed (see attached photos) and smelled extremely bad.

The hotel is located very well near the old town, but because of its size it feels a bit impersonal.
