“Guesthouse close to Hongdae Shopping Street”
I appreciated the mini kitchen and washing machine, which made quick cooking and laundry easy. The bathroom was fairly sized, though the room itself felt a bit small. The location was ideal, close to Hongnik University Subway station and Hongdae Shopping Street, with many nearby cafés and restaurants like Lotteeia, Moms Touch, and Popeyes, plus branded shoe and clothing boutiques. Breakfast was basic—milk, cereals, toast, and eggs—but the reception was friendly, responsive, and attentive to guests’ needs, and I liked having a luggage storage room. On the downside, the washing machine had no dryer, so my clothes stayed damp for a while. The water pipes and heater produced a noisy sound whenever I flushed, used the faucet, or showered, and I was annoyed by the heavy, banging doors of neighboring rooms.
