The staff, internal layout, cleanliness, and sleep quality were all good. The breakfast could be improved, and the exterior area also needs work.

The four‑person apartment was brand new, spacious and comfortable. The breakfast could use some improvement.

The spot is spot-on, the place is spotless, and the staff at the front desk and the restaurant are genuinely kind.

The breakfast was solid, and the location is great for a pit‑stop before heading into Rome.

The room is comfortable because it’s located just off the highway. After staying here for three years, I’ve noticed the kitchen has worsened: the dishes are poorer while the price stays the same as last year. I’d have preferred to pay a few extra euros for the same quantity and quality. The air‑conditioning is set, so it can’t be adjusted, turning the room into a fridge‑like cell. I’m sorry, but I’ll switch hotels for the reasons above.
