The hotel is very well located, 5 minutes from Termini station and about 20 minutes from the historic center. A very good restaurant with affordable prices is nearby. Unfortunately the hotel was under renovation during my stay, so I had breakfast at another hotel 2 minutes away, but it was very decent.

The reception staff and the great location of the hotel are positives. It doesn’t match the photos shown, and breakfast was in another hotel with very little variety.

The front desk staff were friendly and polite, and the location is great. However, the stay was terrible because of unannounced construction; the main inconvenience was having to move to another hotel just to have breakfast. The room was old, dark (flickering lights), and neglected, with rough cleaning. The bathroom constantly smelled like sewage, the fixtures were inefficient, and the lighting was poor.

The location is a plus. Ongoing construction was blocking the entrance and the breakfast, so I had to eat at another hotel.
