Hotel O Shree Shyam Palace

Nothing good at all. I had a confirmed reservation at Hotel O Shree Shyam Palace, yet when I got there around 10 PM the owner said my room had already been given to someone else. That’s utterly unprofessional and unacceptable; after a long trip, being turned away with a booking is the worst thing a traveler can experience. There was no apology, no attempt to find a replacement, and no accountability – it felt like they simply didn’t care. This level of mismanagement shows a total lack of respect for guests, so I strongly advise people to steer clear if they value their time and peace of mind.
