The staff were very friendly and attentive, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location was good because it’s close to key points, though the bathrooms could use some improvement.

The space was comfortable, and the mattress and pillows were of great quality, but there was no carpet in the bathroom and traffic starts to wet the room.

“A pior estadia em um hotel, graças a uma funcionária”

The breakfast was good and the location was convenient, but the staff member Valéria was awful. I booked a Luxury Double room with a double bed, yet she asked if I was alone and assigned me a room with two single beds, claiming that a double room is actually two single beds and even insisted that the photo on Booking was wrong. She went further, saying that if a family arrived they would need a double room, which made no sense because I had specifically requested a double bed. The single bed was uneven—lower on the sides and higher at the top—so as a heavier person I struggled to move and almost fell when I reached for my phone on the nightstand. She even suggested I could combine the two beds, but claimed she couldn’t do it because I was alone; merging them would create a gap that could open and let me fall. This was disrespectful and unacceptable. I was paying for a double bed and was denied it because “if a family came, they would use the room.” I couldn’t argue; I had to accept being misled. I won’t return, and I urge management to warn Valéria, who is new to the hotel. The price matched my expectations at the time of booking.

The rooms are cleaned daily and the breakfast is great, but the street feels a bit deserted, though police are nearby.
