The reception team was amazing. The location was poor, most staff couldn't communicate in English, the rooms were smelly and humid, and hot water wasn't available in most cases.

The hotel was as shitty as shit can be. Room 305 was the dirtest room in the world; there was a mouse in the room which I discovered while sleeping when it landed on my face. Not to mention mosquitoes and filth everywhere.
