The breakfast was well stocked, the rooms were clean, and the staff were very welcoming.

I liked the pool, the bedding, and the connected TV, but my husband and I wanted to take a bath and the sink plug was missing; we asked the staff and a gentleman told us it wasn’t available at all, so we were a bit disappointed not to be able to have a bath in a 4‑star hotel.

The staff were lovely whenever I spoke to them, very helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. The room was absolutely massive, which was an unexpected bonus. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was closed while I was there because of the poor weather; it would have been better if it were clearer that the weather would affect the pool, though maybe I missed the info. The breakfast buffet’s cleanliness made me a little uncomfortable, so I skipped the second morning.
