Ok here is the thing. This hotel was closed and inoperable. Cannot believe they booked this hotel. So when I get there I have to find another hotel. I was going to pay 200+ dollars. The hotel is went to was 306+ valet which cost 50$. Now they only want to pay 62 dollars toward my extra expense. is not a reliable site. I was in a city of sold-out hotels. I don't think I will be using this service again. There are alot of booking services out there

It was still under construction and I had to find another place to stay. The hotel was not open.
