Instructions were clear, the room was nice and clean. It’s not for me, but if you’re older, how do you get the info to enter the room?

When we arrived, we were given the code for someone else’s room because they still had an extra night in room 5. James handed us the code for room 6 at the last minute, but later that night at 00:10 am a drunken guy unlocked our door and walked straight in! There were no keys or cards, just coded locks, and the shared bathrooms weren’t mentioned in the listing. He booked rooms without checking who was staying, and being woken up by a drunk man breaking in at midnight while I was in my underpants was almost violent.
