I disliked everything about the hotel. The room was infested with cockroaches, the bed was uncomfortable, and the staff were useless with luggage. I booked for one adult and one child with breakfast included, but the system recorded only one adult and even denied my child breakfast because of a system error. Customer support spoke poor English, failed to grasp urgency, and was confused by a statement like “I can conference the hotel on this call.” Terrible experience overall.
