The room was spacious and nice. Everyone was friendly, it was easy to find things, and there was plenty of parking. The only downside was that there was no microwave in the room.

The photos of the hotel look great and it feels luxurious, but the beds were filthy—sheets hadn't been changed and there was hair on the pillows and sheets from the previous guest. I had to swap rooms twice in a few hours, hauling all my luggage down, then unpacking again. I sent pictures to the front desk and expected a call from the manager, but nobody followed up.

I appreciated how clean and secure the place was, and the staff were friendly and treated us well. I was disappointed that the lounge was closed, so there were no extra snacks, and breakfast had to be taken on the first main floor. I didn't like having breakfast in the open restaurant.
