The menu was good and fairly varied. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was large with a shower and a bathtub. Nothing bothered us.

We’ve visited the hotel three times because everything pleases us: the welcome, the food, the cleanliness, and the service. We’ll keep coming back. One staff member’s behavior was totally unacceptable; she may be perfect at her job, but her communication with guests was intolerable, especially since we were Bulgarians and felt humiliated. We’ll no longer dine at the Bulgarian restaurant.

A wonderful place that makes you want to return! The food selection is huge, as are the drinks. It’s great that guests can grab their own drinks—sodas, beer, wine—so there’s no queue for the bartenders. Everything’s superb; we’ll definitely come back!

“Nu merită cele 5 stele, mâncare e ok, dar băutura foarte ieftină, păcat de personal, toți sunt foarte amabili și drăguți”

Personalul foarte drăguț, mâncare bună. Mereu trebuie să faci liniște, totuși…te duci în vacanță, să te distrezi, nu să stai în cameră. Cei de la housekeeping lasă de dorit
